I love that we get to book an appointment to collect the package. However, the person who was supposed to pass me the prize was 20 minutes late, which kinda defeats the purpose of making the appointment at all.
Nevertheless, thank you for the PPP Shop Package and I will definitely put it to good use. Will be participating in more Campaigns in time to come!

The reminder message should be sent perhaps 1 day earlier or maybe 4-5hrs earlier than the appointment time and not 1hr before. Also, the instruction (exchange for a temporary pass and proceed up to level 31) should be mentioned earlier (perhaps can be mentioned in the same msg confirmed email). Overall, the staffs are friendly and the service was great but there is room for improvement. Thank you
Thank you for the great service received! One thing i had trouble with was that the guard asked me for the company name although I told him the exact address, leaving a little confusion there. But it was resolved when I called the office! Thanks again!
Staff specially emailed to ask me if I'm heading down from the booked appointment time. However, I think that there is no need for the booking of time slot as we can just head down. Overall, collection of my vouchers are successful, the staff that served me was kind as well. Thank you!
Thank you very much. The instruction on how to collect the package is simple and clear. The staff is helpful and friendly. Didn't have much issue looking for the collection location.

Our entry was one of the wining entries for the Swensen Superfan contest held in Aug-Sep. My son and his friends were thrilled and the prize was superb...but it did not top the superb service from the Campaign Team. They carried out the contest without flaw...especially their follow through procedure.

I like the booking system but I believe there was confusion about my appointment. I made appointment for thursday 4 sep at 12 noon but I was informed my booking is wednesday 3 sep at 2pm :)
